We have considerable expertise in the investigation and reporting on “weathertightness” and other less common failures and compliance issues in residential and commercial buildings, in inspection and premises condition reporting of commercial property, prior to purchase, for disposal or for leasehold requirements and short or long-term maintenance planning.
We have a wealth of experience in recladding and remediation and can provide expert proven advice from initial investigation/reporting right through to a successful project completion.
